Thafknar, im folgenden "die App" genannt, dient zum Erstellen von
Audio-Aufnahmen und zum Versehen von Audio-Aufnahmen mit Hall. Die
App lädt diese Aufnahmen nirgends hoch und gibt keine Dateien an
andere Personen oder Dienste weiter, wenn nicht die verwendende
Person dies ausdrücklich veranläßt.

Thafknar, which in the following will be called "the app", is for
creating audio recordings and for adding reverb to audio recordings.
The app does not upload recordings to anywhere and does not share any
files with other persons or services, unless the user explicitly
initiates this.

Gesundheitsdaten zu.

The app does not access personal data like contacts, e-mails, or
health data.

Die App greift nicht auf die Ortsdienste des Geräts zu und erhebt

The app does not access the device's location services and does not
capture movement data.

Die App verwendet das Mikrofon des Geräts oder ein angeschlossenes
externes Mikrofon, wenn ihr hierfür die Erlaubnis erteilt wird. Sie
erstellt eine Aufnahme nur dann, wenn die Aufnahmefunktion des
Audiorekorders der App verwendet wird.

The app does use the device's microphone or an external microphone if
it is given permission to do this. It creates a recording only when
the recording function of the app's audio recorder is being used.

Die App greift auf die Kamera oder auf die Fotobibliothek zu, wenn
Kameraaufnahmen bzw. gespeicherte Fotos als Bilder für Preset-Knöpfe
verwendet werden sollen und wenn der App die Erlaubnis zum Zugriff
auf die Kamera / die Fotobibliothek erteilt wird. Die Fotos werden
von der App für keinen anderen Zweck verwendet. Das Erstellen einer
Aufnahme und die Auswahl eines Bildes können nicht selbsttätig
erfolgen, sondern erfordern menschliche Mitarbeit.

The app does access the device's camera or photo library if camera
shots or saved photos are to be used as images for preset buttons and
if the app is given permission to access the camera / the photo
library. The app does not use the photos for any other purpose.
Taking a photo and selecting a picture cannot not happen
automatically but need human interaction.

Die App sammelt keine Verwendungsdaten und gibt keine solchen Daten an
den App-Entwickler oder an Dritte weiter.

The app does not collect usage data and does not share any such data
with the app developer or with third parties.

Die App enthält die Programmbibliothek libAudiobus.a des
Audiobus-Projekts und das im
Quellcode vorliegende Werkzeug SSZipArchive
von Sam Soffes zum Umgang mit
zip-Archiven. Sie enthält keine weitere Software Dritter,
insbesondere nicht von Tracking- oder Analysediensten, nicht von
Werbetreibenden, nicht von sozialen Netzwerken.

The app includes the program library libAudiobus.a of
the Audiobus project and the
SSZipArchive tool of Sam Soffes for
handling zip archives, which is available as source code. The app
does not include other third-party software, in particular not of
tracking or analysing services, not of advertisers, not of social
networks.

Die App greift nicht auf das Netzwerk zu außer in folgenden Fällen:

Beim Runterladen von Impulsarchivdateien von einem Webserver,
nachdem die zugehörige Funktion ausgewählt und die URL eingegeben
wurde.

Bei der Synchronisation von Dateien über iCloud.

The app does not access the network except in the following
cases:

When downloading an impulse response archive from a web server
after the corresponding function was selected and the URL was
entered.

When synchronising files via iCloud.

Die App beinhaltet keine kontobasierten Funktionen und verlangt von
der verwendenden Person nicht, sich irgendwo einzuloggen. Ausnahmen:
Um in der App In-App-Einkäufe zu tätigen, muß das Gerät im App Store
angemeldet sein. Um die iCloud-Funktionalität zu benutzen, muß das
Gerät beim iCloud-Dienst angemeldet sein und der iCloud-Zugriff für
die App erlaubt werden.

The app does not include any account-based features and does not
require the user to log-in anywhere. Exceptions: To perform in-app
purchases within the app, the device has to be logged in to the Apple
App Store. To use the iCloud functionality, the device has to be
logged in to the iCloud service, and iCloud access must be enabled
for the app.
